Services - Redact Plus
Our staff provides full application processing services to redact the Social Security information from your documents.
These are the steps of the redaction service that we provide
Step 1 - Testing
We will have you to ship by mail or FTP a small sample of images so we can process them using our RedactPlus application to evaluate our application with your documents
Step 2 - Price Quote
We will gather information about your image library to put together a price quote for processing

Step 3 - The Process
After we receive your contract & deposit, we will ship to you external USB drives to be used to copy the documents that you have selected to be processed using the RedactPlus application. The cost of shipping the USB drives will be billed to the customer.
Our support team will assist you with copying the documents from your image servers to the USB drives
When the copy is complete, you will ship the units back to our support team for processing
Our team will place your images on our servers for processing
When the process is complete. We will send you the following:
Original Image files before redaction on CD or DVD
New Images files that were redacted on CD or DVD
Complete backup on DVD of your new image library (if requested)
Reports
Our support team ship back to you USB drives that will be used to copy the updated documents onto your image servers, along with creating a new folder with the images prior to the redaction process. This way you can always retrieve any original image prior to the redaction process. by file name
Collect the balance of the contract upon delivery of the redacted images.
